The sales staff was friendly and helpful, the service department was great with my warranty issues, and the parts department has been great to deal with. "The whole staff at Outdoor Power should pat themselves on the back for the effort they put into getting our four wheeling trip back under way. We live 160 miles away but go the Palmyra Mo. every other weekend to ride. On Sat. before Memorial Day, my 400 Scrambler had serious problems. We called ahead and found out that they were closing in 30 mins. We explained our situation and they agreed to wait for us to get to the store. Not only did they wait, but the Service Mgr. even came out into the rain to confirm his original diagnoses. Parts were in stock and we were on the way. As a Proud owner of nine polaris machines, having bought new from other dealers and a few used, Outdoor Power will get all my business from now on. Great job guys and keep up the good work."
